I am Åsa, a qualified acupuncturist with many years experience helping people in their health journeys. supporting women and men with fertility, anxiety, stress, hormonal balance and chronic pain. I offer acupuncture and holistic therapies in Fuengirola, Mijas and Marbella,

​My therapeutic focus is on restoring balance and wellbeing in areas such as:

• Chronic pain , back pain , migraines  trauma recovery

• Anxiety, stress, panic attacks and sleep difficulties

• Women’s health, with specialization in fertility acupuncture, IVF support, and gynaecological concerns

• Hormonal imbalances , menopause symptoms and autoimmune conditions

 

Each treatment is gentle, holistic, and tailored to the individual, creating space for both physical and emotional healing
