Discover which element reflects your current state of health and personality. We all carry the qualities of the five elements Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal, and Water within us at all times. The elements interact and shift throughout our lives, but usually one or two are more dominant.


This quiz helps you explore which element is currently most active in your life. Choose the option that best describes you for each question. At the end, count how many times you selected each letter (A–E) to find your dominant element.

🌳 Mostly A – Wood Element

You are  naturally driven, someone who likes to take action, make plans, and keep things moving. Sitting still or feeling stuck isn’t your style.

When things don’t flow, frustration can build. You might feel it in your body as tight shoulders, jaw tension, or headaches. You are sensitive to stress.

Wood types are doers with vision. Just remember to take a break and stretch it out, give yourself space to breathe.
