Time for you to give up smoking?

To break a habit can be very difficult. You may have tried patches, gums and

other various methods. Acupuncture is a great way to help you give up smoking. It will give you the strength and determination to destroy this bad habit for good.

It may seem like 'hocus-pocus' but needling certain points in the ear has proven very effective to curb addictions in general, including of course, smoking.

One of my clients has recently decided to try acupuncture for his smoking habit. So far, he has had one session and already feels that the craving for cigarettes has started to subside.

I will keep you updated on his progress
